Because donations directly support urgent relief programs, we handle all refund requests with care and fairness.

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued and how to request one.

1. Donation Refunds

1.1 Eligibility for Refunds

We may issue a refund for a donation if:

  • The donation was made in error

  • The donation amount was incorrect

  • A duplicate donation was submitted accidentally

  • The donor did not authorize the transaction

Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds can only be processed within 30 days of the original donation date.

1.2 Non-Refundable Situations

Donations cannot be refunded if:

  • Funds have already been allocated to emergency relief programs

  • The refund request is submitted more than 30 days after the donation

  • The donation was made intentionally and without error

2. Event Registration Refunds

If you register for a paid event or training program hosted by EmergencyRelief.US:

  • Refunds are available only if requested at least 7 days before the event date

  • Event fees are non-refundable after that time

  • If an event is canceled by us, you will receive a full refund automatically

3. Merchandise Refunds (If Applicable)

If your organization sells merchandise:

Refunds may be available for:

  • Damaged items

  • Incorrect products received

  • Items lost during shipping

Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be in unused condition for returns.

4. Refund Processing Methods

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been completed

5. Unauthorized Charges

If you notice a charge you did not authorize, please contact us immediately.
We will investigate the issue and assist in resolving it as quickly as possible.

  • Email Address

  • Donation Date

  • Donation Amount

  • Last 4 digits of the payment card (if applicable)

  • Reason for the refund request
